Full Night Support
Nothing like a house call from a sleep consultant to take the night shift with you! You’ll have answers for every hurdle, plus all the necessary continuing support so you’re set up for sleep success.
From 6pm to 6am on your first night of sleep coaching, Cara can come to your home to provide in-person (in the Barrie area) or virtual (through today’s technology) real-time support.
This 12 hour support includes a physical assessment of your child’s room and sleep space, coaching through a solid bedtime routine, as well as in-the-moment support for the first put-down at bedtime and all night wakes. If you are feeling nervous or anxious about making sleep changes, this program is for you! Let’s get you started off with sleep coaching and see improvements ASAP!
Within two weeks, we will teach your child to fall asleep independently, sleep a full 10-12 hours of sleep at night and on a proper schedule for their growing minds and bodies. This program includes:
Preliminary sleep evaluation that covers your child’s sleep habits, history, current issues and your sleep goals
90 minute virtual consultation, through your choice of telephone or face-to-face virtual platform (such as Face-Time, Google Meet, etc.)
Custom sleep plan for your child
Customized tools for our family to support strong sleep habits
Three 15-min phone calls in the first 10 days
Daily sleep log review and regular feedback as needed
14 days of sleep coaching support in total, with option for extra add-on support if needed
Cara’s “Keep Sleep” handbook so you know how to maintain awesome sleep habits through sickness, milestones, etc.
