Hi there!
I’m Cara.
And I’m about to be your favourite sleep expert.
It’s true what they say about everything changing when you have a baby. But I firmly believe that you don’t need to put your wellness and sanity on hold, hoping that things will improve on their own. You’re someone outside of being a parent, and you deserve to get the sleep you need so you can be that person again.
Working with me means you are listened to, fully supported and cared for as I guide you through the sleep learning process. Gone are the days where getting your sleep meant choosing between a gut wrenching method, or hoping they’d grow out of it eventually.
Leave your endless nights, conflicting online opinions, and no time for yourself at the door. Soon you’ll have a happy baby that sleeps 10-12 hours a night, coffee while it’s still hot, and quality time for you and your partner to Netflix and whatever.
I can’t recommend Cara enough! She listened to our concerns, created a personalized plan, and coached us through teaching independent sleep habits to both of our kids. We saw positive results within days and our boys are still great sleepers years later!
Diana V.
I know how important sleep is to raising children.
As a mama of two…
… I need a solid 8 hours a night, or things can go off the rails fast!
My deep secret is that I don’t always love playing with my kids. You’ll find me watching my fave Friday night film and enjoying a few hours of not being needed by anyone else. Anyone else relate?
I knew sleep consulting was for me because I guard my sleep, and I’ve seen how debilitating it can be when that’s not an option. I’ve always been the supportive one in my friend group, and that goes double when it comes to new moms. Being a sleep consultant is equal parts expertise and loving advocacy. And you can bet I’ve got both of those covered!
As a Certified Infant & Toddler Sleep Consultant, I’ve put my Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and continued education in Adult Learning & Development to good use. I draw on each of these to be incredibly effective at helping littles learn to sleep, while simultaneously guiding the hundreds of families I’ve worked with.
