Responsive Sleep Support
For moms who love their little, but also need their rest
What if you didn’t have to choose between getting the sleep you need to enjoy your life, and a thriving connection with your child?
Modern parenting isn’t for the faint of heart! No matter what you choose to do, there are opinions everywhere. Even worse, the comments from the stranger at the grocery store and the endless googling makes you second guess your choices as a mom.
It’s time to block out the noise and go with what’ll actually help you love your life, and comfort your babe to get their needed rest.
With customized sleep support, you and your little one will enjoy long stretches of deep sleep, without spending your whole evening feeding or rocking to get them there. Enjoy hanging out with your partner, or some sweet alone time instead, while your baby sleeps 10-12 hour stretches. It’s okay to absolutely love your baby, while missing how things used to be.
I believe that becoming a parent doesn’t have to mean signing up for martyrdom. I’m here to help you thrive in motherhood, by taking care of yourself, alongside taking care of your baby.
“Working with Cara was easily one of the best decisions I've made so far as a new mom. Her support throughout the entire process made a world of difference in our lives and we now enjoy our days playing happily because we nap properly and we all enjoy a full 10hrs of sleep a night, in our own beds!!”

“Cara offers a custom approach and guidance that suited Jules’ needs and our family. Her advice were always right on point and she would always make sure that we were comfortable with the suggested interventions. She’s God’s gift to tired mamas.”

Questions?

No, no, NO! CIO is one method out there, but it’s not one I recommend. I believe you can be responsive and present while you support your little one in learning a new way to fall asleep. You don’t have to compromise responsiveness for results, and I have the client stories to back it up!
That doesn’t mean there won’t be any tears - that’s how babies communicate! But I promise it turns around quickly, as they get the hang of what they’re learning.

Also no! Studies have shown that there are no negative effects on the parent/child relationship because of sleep training. But, there are plenty of positive outcomes when everyone is getting the sleep they need to feel good! It’s a no-lose situation.

You can find just about anything online, but that doesn’t mean it’s a right fit for your specific kid and sleep goals. Having a clear path forward that’s made just for your family, plus having the expert support to troubleshoot will actually get the results you’re looking for, instead of leaving you frustrated.
